Richard Cobb
Richard Cobb – Richard has been developing and building along the Gulf Coast for the past 50 years and has been a resident of Orange Beach for the last 25. He was the lead developer and contractor for Fish Camp in Orange Beach, an 11-condo and 40+ cottage development that was started in 1999. Richard has continued to build houses in Fairhope, Gulf Shores, Ono Island and other areas while also consulting on large condo projects along the Gulf Coast. Richard manages all design and construction matters for Long Bayou Preserve.

Maury Cobb
Maury Cobb – Maury is a resident of Birmingham, AL and has been practicing law since 2012. Maury opened his own law firm in January 2014 and continues to manage his practice in areas such as Accounts Receivables, Estate Planning, Business Organization and now specializing in wetlands mitigation and regulatory compliance for real estate development. Prior to attending law school, he worked with Richard in Orange Beach on the Fish Camp development along with other projects, helping with zoning, marketing, sales and other aspects of development. Maury manages all financial, sales, permitting and compliance matters for Long Bayou Preserve. Maury graduated from the University of Georgia in 2005 and then the Cumberland School of Law in 2012.
Long Bayou Preserve has engaged the services of McCown Design out of Mobile, AL to develop an exclusive collection of home designs that showcase the community’s architectural vision along with Richard Cobb. McCown Design is a premier residential design studio founded by Robert V. McCown specializing in high-end, custom-built homes. The firm is renowned across the Gulf Coast region for creating custom architecture that seamlessly bridges classic Southern style with modern, timeless functionality.
